I had a good stay at Trinity City Hotel, where the location was perfect for exploring Dublin. The staff were exceptionally friendly and eager to help, making my experience enjoyable. However, I did find the room a bit small and expensive for what it offered, and the lack of air-conditioning was a drawback. Overall, I would still choose to return for the pleasant atmosphere and helpful staff. 😊

I had a fantastic stay at the Trinity City Hotel. The location was perfect for exploring Dublin, with shopping streets and bars nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my visit. While the breakfast was abundant and tasty, I did wish for a more efficient coffee service in the mornings. Overall, the comfort and atmosphere of the hotel made my trip nice.

My experience at The Trinity City Hotel was mixed. The location was fantastic, allowing me to easily explore Dublin's vibrant streets and attractions. However, the noise levels from slamming doors and cleaning staff were disruptive, which hindered my overall enjoyment. The staff and room were generally great, but my rest was affected.

I had mixed feelings about my stay at Trinity City Hotel. While the location is fantastic, making it easy to explore Dublin, my experience was overshadowed by issues such as a disorganized check-in and a disappointing room situation. The staff, while friendly, couldn’t quite make up for the frustrations I faced during my stay.

Rooms
5.0
I booked a triple room but ended up with a small double bed and a poorly made sofa bed. The mattress was thin and uncomfortable, which made for a rough night's sleep.
Service
5.0
The service was hit-or-miss. The reception staff was a bit cold, and I had to wait an hour to check in only to find my room wasn’t ready. It felt very disorganized.
Location
8.0
The hotel's location is great, just minutes from major attractions and easily accessible by public transport, but it is right next to a fire station, which brought some noise.
Dining

I faced delays in getting drinks and food when I ordered at the bar. My food arrived before my drinks, which was inconvenient. However, the options seemed good.
Facilities
5.0
I found the facilities to be lacking in efficiency, such as the broken lift and the poorly organized service at the restaurant, which contributed to my overall dissatisfaction.
